Hurly-Burly, a new dining and entertainment venue replacing Jellyrolls at Disney’s BoardWalk, will open October 1, 2026. Disney has also released the venue’s full food and beverage lineup and additional details about its daytime and nighttime operations. The lounge will offer family-friendly trivia and games during the afternoon. Beginning at 9 p.m., it will transition to a live-music experience reserved for guests ages 21 and older. The venue will operate on a walk-up basis, with no reservations required. Hurly-Burly is themed as a historic seaside theater associated with vaudeville performers. Its design is taking shape in the former Jellyrolls building, where construction remains active ahead of the October opening, according to photos published by BlogMickey. The exterior has been repainted teal, with white trim and new red awnings featuring gold seashell-and-bead detailing. Decorative shell sconces, additional light fixtures, folding glass windows and speaker fixtures have also been installed around the entrance and BoardWalk-facing areas. The food menu focuses on small bites and shareable items. Options include meatballs in tomato gravy, roast beef sliders, antipasto, mini pretzels with bacon-cheese fondue, tomato pie, oven-roasted shrimp, a Theater Concessions plate with meatballs, a sugar cookie and buttered popcorn, and mini apple cider doughnuts with miso-caramel sauce. Plant-based alternatives are available for some dishes, including the meatballs and tomato pie, according to the published menu. The cocktail list includes the Caramel Corn Old Fashioned, Cherry-Vodka Limeade, The Atlantic Review, Bubble Brava!, La Taquilla Picante, Mertini, Road to Fame, Off-book Bramble and Quality EntertainMint. Hurly-Burly will also serve beer, hard cider, hard seltzer, sparkling wine, rosé, white wine and red wine. Three specialty nonalcoholic drinks are listed: Overture in Orange, Caramel Corn Cold Brew and Cherry Marquee. A walk-up window along the BoardWalk will offer select alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to guests without requiring them to enter the lounge. The listed walk-up cocktail options include the Caramel Corn Old Fashioned, Cherry-Vodka Limeade, The Atlantic Review, Bubble Brava!, La Taquilla Picante and Off-book Bramble, while the nonalcoholic offerings include the three specialty drinks. Hurly-Burly occupies the space formerly used by Jellyrolls, which closed in spring 2025 after almost 30 years at Disney’s BoardWalk, according to WDW News Today. Disney’s new venue is scheduled to open October 1, 2026.
