Michael Mina and Todd English will host the first-ever tasting experience associated with the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic on Saturday, November 21, 2026. The event is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort. According to WDW News Today, guests will be served 10 courses paired with beverage selections from locations ranging from Italy to Napa. The experience will combine tasting, storytelling, and culinary demonstrations, with Mina and English discussing their personal backgrounds, travels, culinary philosophies, and the dishes that have shaped their careers. Mina’s five-course menu will include marinated bigeye tuna with crispy falafel, whipped tahina, and urfa-spiced cucumbers; chilled lobster and mango salad; Aleppo-grilled poussin with chickpea and orzo koshary; triple-seared Wagyu striploin with smashed sweet potatoes; and basbousa and passionfruit cheesecake with labneh, pomegranate, and ashta. English’s menu will feature brown butter miso-poached lobster with truffled dashi glaze; Nantucket scallops with apple cider, spiced acorn squash, and hazelnut butter; house-made pastene cacio e pepe with duckling confit; roasted Chilean sea bass with blood orange glaze and fennel; and a roasted red beet chocolate gateau. The chefs’ restaurants are located at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort. Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina opened there in July 2025, replacing Shula’s Steakhouse, while Todd English’s bluezoo presents seafood-focused cuisine in an underwater-themed setting. Tickets for the tasting experience cost $295 per person, and space is limited. They are available through the event’s website. The tasting will take place during the 2026 Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic, which is scheduled for November 20 and 21 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. each night. The broader event will feature cuisines, wines, beer, spirits, seminars, live entertainment, and unlimited food and beverages from 23 restaurants and lounges at the Swan and Dolphin Resort, along with themed refreshment areas including Chinatown, Carnival Corner, and For the Love of Florida.
